We are very sure you will be fully satisfied with the look and quality of your jewelry. We use top quality materials and assemble them with care by hand. If you are not fully satisfied with your order for any reason, then mail it back to us within 2 weeks of receipt and we will give you a full refund or repair any problems. This guarantee does not apply to damage you cause to the bracelet. This guarantee also does not apply to any mistakes you make in measuring and choosing the size of your bracelet. For adult bracelets, please measure the wrist and add 1" to arrive at the bracelet length. This will assure a length where the bracelet can move freely on the wrist, but not be too big. If you would like a more snug fit, add 1/2" to 3/4" instead. For children's bracelets, measure the wrist and add 1/2" to 3/4" depending on how loose you would like it to fit. We will resize the bracelet if it does not fit properly. We charge a restringing fee and return postage for this service. If you want a product resized, please mail your bracelet to the address listed along with a brief note describing your new desired length.

Rarely is there any problem with our jewelry. However we do pledge to repair any defect in our components or workmanship for free and we will refund you any regular United States Postal Service postage you pay to mail it to us for repair. If you damage your bracelet we will make minor repairs for free but, you must cover the postage. If the damage means that beads or elements of the bracelet have to be replaced we will charge you for the cost of the individual parts and a $5 restringing fee. We will repair your beaded sterling silver jewelry no matter where or from whom it was bought. In the case of product from another company we will charge you for the cost of any needed replacement parts and a $5 restringing fee. We also will redesign and restring bracelets bought from other companies.

Rippa's Custom Silver does not and will never share your infrmation with anyone. The information requested such as: address, phone number, e-mail address, etc. for payment or to enter to win a contest are used strictly for filling out your order and communicating with you. It is important that you give me this information so that I can contact you if therre is a problem or question with your order. I feel that unwanted e-mails are the scourge of the internet as telemarketers are to your private life and accordingly do not wish to ever contribute to these problems.
